Our products
Poshaq sells Pakistani designer womenswear. Photos are representative. Small differences in colour, embroidery placement and fabric texture are natural in hand-finished garments and are not defects.
Placing an order
When you order, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that your details are accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, the item being unavailable, or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order, in the UK and worldwide. The price you pay is the price shown when you placed the order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times and returns are set out in our Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Text, graphics and design on this site belong to Poshaq or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Product names and designer names belong to their respective owners.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
