Free delivery on every order
Every order ships free, with no minimum spend: to any address in the United Kingdom and to our customers worldwide.
How long delivery takes
Most pieces are prepared, and stitched to your size where you have chosen that, especially for you. Please allow 7–29 working days from order confirmation to delivery:
- Preparation and stitching: up to 7 working days. Unstitched items are usually dispatched sooner.
- Delivery: 7–22 working days once dispatched.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If a delivery is held up by the courier or customs, we will help you track it and sort it out. Delivery estimates never affect your cancellation or refund rights.
Bridal and heavily hand-embellished pieces
Bridal wear and outfits with intricate hand embroidery, beadwork or other detailed handwork take longer to make than our standard pieces. Where a product has a longer making time, it is shown on that product’s page. Before you order, please message us on WhatsApp at 07458935470 and we will confirm the exact timeline for your piece, especially if you need it for a particular date.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. We use tracked international couriers such as DHL, DPD, SkyNet and UPS.
Where your order comes from
Poshaq pieces are made by Pakistani designers and dispatched from Pakistan to your door.
Customs duties and taxes
Because our garments are made and dispatched from Pakistan, an order may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes, particularly on higher-value orders. These charges are set by the customs authority in your country, are payable by the customer, and are not included in your order total. Most orders are delivered without any additional charges.
If customs charges are not paid, the courier may not deliver the order. Orders not delivered because customs charges were refused or left unpaid are not eligible for a refund or compensation.

We deliver across the United Kingdom and worldwide, free of charge. Delivery times outside the UK can vary by country.
