This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use poshaq.co.uk, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and any sizing or stitching details you give us.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you contact us: the messages you send by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
- Automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and how you reached us, through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
How we use it
- To process, make, ship and track your order (contract).
- To answer questions and handle returns (contract, legitimate interests).
- To send offers and new arrivals, only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising (consent, for non-essential cookies).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- To keep accounting records for 7 years as UK tax law requires (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the shop, under contract:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers (Contabo, servers in Germany; Cloudflare, security and content delivery).
- Brevo: order and account emails.
- Courier partners (such as DHL, DPD, SkyNet and UPS): delivery.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center), Meta (Facebook and Instagram Pixel) and Pinterest: measuring our site and ads, only with your cookie consent.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK, including in the EU and the USA. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and Addendum to keep your data protected.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your basket and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
How long we keep it
- Orders and transactions: 7 years (UK tax law).
- Customer accounts: until you ask us to delete them.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. We reply within one month.
Complaints

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
