  • Chest / bust: around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
  • Waist: around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips: around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
  • Shirt length: from the top of your shoulder down to where you want the hem.
  • Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to your wrist.
  • Trouser length: from the crotch seam to your ankle.

Good to Know

Designs vary by designer, and some product descriptions include that design’s own measurements. Where they do, follow the product’s measurements. A difference of up to ±1.5 inches is normal tailoring tolerance and is not a fault.

Yes. Delivery is free to the UK and worldwide, with no minimum spend. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery times outside the UK vary by country.

How long will delivery take?

Most pieces are prepared, and stitched where you choose a size, especially for you. Please allow 7–29 working days from order confirmation to delivery. Bridal and heavily hand-embellished pieces take longer: message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you need it by a certain date.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes. Choose Custom Size and type your measurements, height and any stitching notes in the Custom Size box, or chat with us on WhatsApp before you order.

Where are the outfits made and sent from?

Pieces are made by Pakistani designers and dispatched from Pakistan. Some orders, particularly higher-value ones, may be charged import duty or VAT by customs; these are payable by the customer and not included in your order total. Most orders arrive without extra charges.

Can I return an item?

Unstitched items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached. Stitched and custom-size pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind or size, but you are fully protected if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
