Chest / bust: around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist: around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips: around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
Shirt length: from the top of your shoulder down to where you want the hem.
Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to your wrist.
Trouser length: from the crotch seam to your ankle.
